The tenant is in arrears with one month's rent and/or utility payments

If the tenant is already one week late with the payment for particular month, we advise you to contact Rendin. We will send you a template of a final demand for payment that you will send to the tenant. The warning contains a request for the tenant to pay overdue amount within a month, and information that exceeding the deadline already at this stage is the basis for the termination of the contract.

The owner should regularly inform Rendin about the case status, so that we can monitor it and advise on the next steps if necessary.
