The tenant is in arrears with two months' rent and/or utility payments

According to the rental agreement concluded through Rendin, the arrears of as little as one calendar month is the basis for termination of the contract. If you reacted immediately to the lack of payment from the tenant for one month, most likely there will never be a situation where the tenant does not pay for the second consecutive month, because the matter will be dealt with by our team by then.

However, if the tenant has failed to pay for two months, inform Rendin's customer service immediately. We will contact the tenant to check the situation, prepare all the necessary documents that you will only have to sign and send the tenant and we will solve the case as soon as possible. Of course, you will receive reimbursement from Rendin, based on our guarantee.
