Our focus and one of the values is actually preventing and solving (potential) problems between rental agreement parties – claim handling in court is the very last option. It means that throughout the renting process – finding tenant candidates and validating them, digital contracting, evidence-based handover act, constant analyses of risk factors, in-time legal support, and other additional actions – Rendin prevents and resolves most cases without actual loss.
So far, we have offered surety with our own funding, and it has been a good enough alternative because we have achieved the product-market fit and have proven that our model works.
We are growing and scaling, which means we are looking for a pan-European partner who’s interested in meaningful and long-term collaboration and has an innovative mindset to find solutions to our specific business needs Europe-wide. Soon we will announce our new insurance partner for co-operating in Poland and – in the future – other CE countries.
