Entitlement to compensation may be possible when using Rendin. If the tenant causes financial damage to the owner by remaining in arrears of rent or utility payments or damages the property, the tenant is likely to receive a reclaim from Rendin.
If the tenant does not liquidate their debts, Rendin will compensate the landlord for the incurred costs, which will later be reclaimed from the tenant. If the person in debt is cooperative, we are ready to offer flexible ways to compensate for the damage caused. This is the case even if a reclaim is made. For example, the debt can be returned to us in installments during a longer period and without interest.
