How much does Rendin’s service cost and how do I pay?

Rendin’s service fee is 2.5% of the monthly rent. For example: if the rent for one month is 2000 zł, then Rendin’s fee is 50 zł per month. It is paid monthly, until the end of the rental agreement. The invoice will be sent to the tenant’s e-mail on the 1st day of each month (with a deadline of 15th). We recommend setting up a standing order via internet bank. This automatically transfers each month according to the selected date. This is an extremely convenient solution, since the invoiced amount is the same each time.
