Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent. It is paid monthly, until the end of the rental agreement. For example: if the rent for one month is 2000 PLN, then Rendin’s fee is 80 PLN per month.
The service fee is paid by either the landlord, the tenant or the fee can be split between both parties. The contract creator can decide who is responsible for paying the fee. The invoice will be sent to the payer’s e-mail at the beginning of each month (with due date of 15th).
