Is the occasional rental agreement meant for short-term renting, as the name suggests?

  • Updated 27 June 2023 07:33

No, it’s not. Despite the official name, the occasional rental agreement is suitable for long-term renting.

According to Polish law, a landlord can sign this agreement for a fixed period of up to 10 years. With Rendin, you can sign the occasional rental agreement for a period between 3 months and 10 years.
